LAUREN ACTON

Having a background in Fashion Design helped facilitate my sense of color and design. After 2 years in Paris and 8 years in NYC, I became a fashion illustrator working on many print collections and presentation boards for clients. This fostered my passion of prints and painting. Today, I continue my love for both by teaching fashion and painting at various art centers and privately. I have exhibited in national juried exhibitions for over 15 years, have had art representation and presently exhibit in several galleries. My work is in Monaco and private US collections.

I teach Painting and Fashion Design and have been teaching and loving it for over 20 years. It's wonderful to help students get into colleges like my last one who got into Cornell Architecture!
